Here's a defense that likely won't work in court.
According to Baton Rouge police, 20-year-old Sheldon Ross was arrested Monday on a simple rape charge. A woman accuses him of holding her down by the wrists early Monday morning and raping her but says that he kept saying "I'm sorry" as he assaulted her.
After his arrest, Ross allegedly admitted to the rape, telling investigators he "did not mean to do it."
