An eight-year-old boy is recovering after being shot in the upper arm Tuesday afternoon on Victoria Drive.
WBRZ News 2 reported Wednesday the boy was shot by his 2-year-old brother.
The child was taken by private vehicle to Baton Rouge General in Mid-City, but that facility no longer has an emergency room. He was subsequently transported by EMS to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center for treatment.
