One of the law enforcement officers who survived an ambush in Baton Rouge nearly two years ago that left three officers dead is now battling pneumonia.
According to a Facebook post, East Baton Rouge Parish Deputy Nick Tullier is being treated for pneumonia in both lungs at a Texas hospital.
He and the other victims of the July 2016 attack were shot by a lone gunman. Tullier suffered gunshot wounds to the head, shoulder and stomach.
