Ex-Transit Board President Arrested For Contractor Fraud

Isaiah Marshall, a former board president of the Capital Area Transit System in Baton Rouge is free on bond after surrendering to police on a charge of residential contractor fraud.  Marshall is accused of using the license of someone else to land work with a Chesterfield Avenue homeowner following the 2016 floods.  He allegedly never finished the job after receiving checks totaling nearly 83-thousand-dollars.
