At least one person is dead as the result of a double shooting in the capital city late last night.
The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office says 20-year-old Tr'markus Taylor was killed by gunfire that occurred shortly after 9:30 in the ten-thousand-block of Clearview Avenue. Taylor died at the scene, while a second person was last reported in critical condition.
No suspect or motive information was released overnight.
