The West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office says a 30-year-old volunteer with the Port Allen High School athletics department stands accused of having sexual encounters with a student.
The alleged victim is a 15-year-old girl.
The sheriff, in a news release issued Sunday, says Donald Barbier is facing charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and five counts of indecent behavior.
The inappropriate behavior is said to have occurred several times since mid-January, the first time while the girl was home alone.
