East Baton Rouge Parish authorities are urging the mother of a fetus discovered over the weekend in a sewer to come forward.
Dr. Beau Clark, the parish coroner, says his office needs additional information to determine a cause of death for the male fetus that had an estimated gestational age of 20 weeks.
