Baton Rouge residents impacted by the August 2016 flooding are getting another six months before they have to remove mobile home and trailers from their property.
That's what the Metro Council agreed to at yesterday's meeting, but flooding victims will have to prove they are having difficulty getting their homes rebuilt.
The decision comes amid talk of restoring regular zoning laws that would require the removal of temporary housing units.
