Baton Rouge police say a three-year-old suffered what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the left leg.
The shooting happened late yesterday afternoon at a North 31st Street residence. Police have since recovered the weapon and say the gun had been stolen.
An investigation into the shooting continues.
