No injuries are being reported following a fire last night at the River Center.
It erupted around 8:30 in an elevator shaft near the northeast corner of the building's ballroom. No word on the cause.
The flames were contained to the elevator shaft, but smoke from the small fire made its way into other parts of the structure.
