Baton Rouge police are investigating a shooting at an off-campus apartment complex currently known as the Lodges at 777. It's utilized by LSU and Southern University students.
Police say a male suffered non-life-threatening injuries from the gunfire that occurred around 9:30 last night.
WBRZ News 2 reports two people were detained at the scene and that a shelter-in-place message was sent shortly after the shooting:
BRPD said that the victim and two other men were arrested on drug charges -- apartment resident Orlando McMiller, 22, Cade Duckworth, 22, and Dominque Davis, 23.
Two suspects remain at large at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
