A Baton Rouge man is jailed in St. Martin Parish after his capture yesterday in connection with a deadly shooting in Lake Charles earlier in the day.
Troopers arrested 34-year-old Joey Julian after he was spotted in a stolen truck on I-10 east of the Atchafalaya Basin.
He's charged with second-degree murder in the death of 38-year-old Ernest Miller who suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
