Upon further review, a man arrested yesterday for a deadly shooting in Louisiana's capital city is not being charged. At least not now, pending further investigation.
That's the word from the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office, which says its probe led to the arrest of the same man who flagged down a deputy about finding the body of Jonathan Briggs at the back of an apartment complex on Halloween night.
He apparently had on a sweatshirt similar to the one witnesses described the shooter wearing.
