A Baton Rouge man is dead after a head-on crash with another vehicle early Sunday in Baker.
State police say 29-year-old Kirkland Nelldell was driving southbound on Plank Road when for unknown reasons his vehicle crossed into the northbound lanes and hit an oncoming car.
Troopers say Nelldell died at the scene. The other driver and his passenger suffered minor injuries.
