Voter turnout for tomorrow's election in Baton Rouge is expected to be on the slim side.
There are no major local offices on the ballot. Among constitutional questions to be voted on, there's the state treasurer's race, a Public Service Commission post, a school board seat and a Baton Rouge city judge position.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
