An armed robber is recovering from a gunshot wound to the arm and facing charges after one of his two victims opted to pull out a gun and shoot him.
Baton Rouge police say the confrontation happened last Thursday in a parking lot The robber took the victims' cell phones, but then wound up getting shot and running from the scene.
Officers arrested 29-year-old Malcolm Williams after he sought treatment for his injury at a hospital.
