The East Baton Rouge Metro Council is ready to see the Brandywine Condominiums torn down.
The panel approved a motion last night by Councilwoman Donna Collins-Lewis to condemn the property. Few people live on the blighted property that has been plagued by crime over the years.
Recent efforts to revitalize the Daryll Drive location have not been successful.
