Police are seeking a man who apparently won't give up his thieving ways.
Four locations of Home Depot in the East Baton Rouge Parish area have been his targets since June, the company's total losses estimated at more than $15,000.
His latest haul took place yesterday and the suspect's image was captured on security cameras as he left the Main Street store in Zachary with a shopping cart overflowing with boxes containing power tools.
