Police say a man fleeing officers Tuesday night is responsible for a subsequent crash that killed the driver of another car in Baton Rouge.
They say 30-year-old Reginald Weeden was being investigated for illegal drug activity by Livingston Parish detectives when he took off, the chase ending on Florida Boulevard when he rammed into a car making a left turn.
The wreck claimed the life of 23-year-old Jonathan Scott. Weeden is facing numerous charges.
