Gas prices in Louisiana are hitting a higher note to begin another work week.

Fuel production problems linked to Hurricane Harvey's catastrophic visit to Texas and Louisiana moved pump prices significantly higher.

As of last night, AAA reports the statewide average price of regular had climbed to just shy of $2.37 a gallon. Here in Baton Rouge, regular is averaging $2.32 a gallon, an increase of 20-cents over the past week.
