Two men are now in custody and facing charges in a botched armed robbery and double shooting that left a 19-year-old dead.
Baton Rouge police say Jywuan Butler, who was killed, had often posted photos to social media showing him with wads of cash. On August 22nd, two masked men tried to rob him and his 17-year-old brother but wound up shooting both of them.
Kenneth Smith was arrested yesterday for first-degree murder, with a second suspect arrested the day of the shooting.
