That significant hike in gasoline prices that's been talked about since Harvey hit Texas isn't showing signs of materializing just yet.
AAA reports that average price of regular in Baton Rouge was up a tiny fraction of a penny yesterday to $2.11 a gallon.
Refinery and rig shutdowns are still expected to trigger higher prices at the pump nationwide with U.S. gasoline futures reported at a two-year high on Monday.
