Members of a volunteer group in Louisiana calling itself the Cajun Navy are joining together to help neighboring residents in Texas hit hard and flooded out by Tropical Storm Harvey.
Utilizing their own boats, they headed to the Lone Star State yesterday. There, they will be using those vessels to rescue victims of the storm, much as they did a year ago when floods ravaged South Louisiana in the Baton Rouge area.
