Friday 10 AM: No Changes For Harvey

Hurricane Harvey's maximum winds remained at 110 miles per hour Friday as of the 10 a.m. update from the National Hurricane Center.

That is knocking on the door of category 3 strength and Harvey is forecast to reach max winds of 125 miles per hour before falling back to cat 2 winds at landfall along the Texas coast late tonight or early Saturday.

The NHC still warns of "catastrophic flooding" across parts of southern and southeastern Texas.

Southeast Louisiana could start to see some heavy rains from Harvey late in the weekend and those could continue into the start of the coming week.
