While Harvey remained at tropical storm strength Thursday morning, it showed further signs of strengthening and could be a hurricane soon.
The National Hurricane Center now warns that Harvey could be a major hurricane before landfall tomorrow along the Texas coast and then possibly linger inland through the start of next week.
