The state Fire Marshal's Office says warrants will be filed today for the arrests of five people following the collapse last year of a wooden dome climbing structure at the Warrior Dash held in St. Francisville.
Nearly two dozen people were injured. Investigators blamed the collapse on "shoddy construction."
Those to be arrested face charges that include negligent injuring.
