Cyclists in Baton Rouge are outraged and say drivers don't abide by the driving laws when passing them by.
More than 600 cyclists have signed a petition asking city leaders to post more cycling awareness signs. Some of them say the worst area is along River Road.
Louisiana law requires drivers to leave at least three feet between them when passing.
