Neighbors in an unincorporated area in East Baton Rouge are on edge after several cats were mysteriously killed.
It happened in a Shenandoah neighborhood. Residents say cats have been found dismembered and in their front yards. Signs in the area read, "Pet Killer in the Neighborhood. Be Aware!"
The sheriff's office and animal control are investigating.
