The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office says a domestic battery suspect was arrested Friday in West Baton Rouge Parish.
Chad Elzy is accused of beating up his girlfriend Tuesday night at a Bryant Street home in Donaldsonville. She was treated for moderate injuries.
The Sheriff's Office says Elzy was wanted for second-degree battery, domestic abuse battery by strangulation, and unauthorized use of a movable.
