A Zachary couple is arrested amid a dispute where a woman allegedly threw a boiling pot of rice at a man.
The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office handcuffed a 26-year-old woman and 55-year-old man Saturday at a Lemon Road home.
Authorities say the man pushed the woman in the back of the head while cooking the rice, causing her to almost knock it over. That's when the woman threw the rice at him.
The man suffered burns and both were criminally charged for the tussle.
