A duo of brothers is arrested in Baton Rouge for a man's 2014 killing.
Baton Rouge police yesterday handcuffed Dandre Brown and Dorsey Sims in the death of 50-year-old Charles Hills Jr. Authorities said evidence connected the two to the man's death.
The victim's remains were discovered last October in Rosedale and positively identified in March.
