The regular legislative session may have ended Thursday night, but Louisiana lawmakers still have work to do.
With no agreement on a budget, the 2nd special session called by the Governor began a half-hour after the close of the regular session. It must end no later than Monday, June 19.
"It's pretty clear that this was not our best day," Gov. John Bel Edwards told reporters after lawmakers adjourned.
