Council On Aging Announces Change To Travel Policy

A recent trip to Chicago could be the last for members of a local board.

The EBR Council on Aging announced Thursday it is changing the travel policy of its staff members.  The change comes after questions were raised about costly out-of-state trips.

WBRZ News 2 recently reported on a convention in Chicago attended by five council members that cost $12,000 while local seniors wait for needed services.
