Glen Oaks Park Elementary Robbed Of Laptops And Tablets

A school already dealing with problems from the flood now has another problem to deal with.

Thieves broke in to Baton Rouge's Glen Oaks Park Elementary School last week and stole dozens of laptops and tablets. Principal Bernard Williams, Jr. says the equipment was bought with donations raised after the flood last year, and he says the theft feels like a slap in the face.

No arrests have been made, and Williams tells WBRZ News 2 the school's surveillance cameras were not working.
