Baton Rouge Police say two missing teens were found safe Monday walking in the Livingston Parish area.
15-year-old Jordan Erwin was reported missing on April 22 by BRPD. 14-year-old Rebekah Lamar was reported missing by the Slidell Police Department.
Erwin is said to suffer from multiple illnesses and did not have his medication with him when he went missing.
