Alabama Named The Most Stressed State In The U.S.

When it comes to the nation's most stressful states, the South is taking the cake.  Personal finance website Wallethub determined Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi are the three most stressful states in the country.  West Virginia and Kentucky rounded out the top five.  The website determined its rankings by evaluating factors that stress people when it comes to work, money, family and personal health, state divorce rates, crime rates and average credit scores.  Minnesota is considered the least-stressed state, followed by North Dakota, Iowa, South Dakota and Utah.
