A bill is being proposed in the Louisiana Legislature to make it easier to recall elected officials.
After the recent attempt to recall Jefferson Parish President Mike Yenni failed, this new bill would require fewer resident's signatures. Yenni admits to sending "inappropriate" messages to a 17-year-old male high school student, but refused to resign.
Ninety-thousand signatures were needed to oust him, but only 50-thousand were collected.
