The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office is looking for two men they say used a stolen debit card at the Target on Siegen Lane.
The debit card was lost by a shopper at the Mall of Louisiana on February 17. She then reported that the card was used to buy $536 worth of gift cards and prepaid cellphone minutes cards.
The first suspect is described a white male waring a black jacket with light blue jeans. The second is a white male dressed mainly in black.
