Bond Set for NOLA Parade Crash Driver

The man accused of injuring more than two-dozen people after driving into a crowd of people watching the Endymion parade in New Orleans could be facing more charges. Neilson Rizzuto faces a magistrate for the first time last night, receiving a $125-thousand bond on four charges.

Prosecutors tell the magistrate they could ass as many as nineteen more counts to the indictment before Rizzuto goes to trial.

Rizzuto's blood alcohol level was reported at nearly three times the legal limit at the time of the crash.
