Tax Filing Deadline Extended For La. Tornado Victims

Louisianans who were victims of this month's tornadoes can be granted tax-filing extensions.

The state Department of Revenue says the extensions are available for residents of certain zip codes in Orleans and Livingston parishes that were ravaged by the deadly storms. Extensions could push the state's income tax-filing deadline back to May 15th or May 30th.
