(WBRZ News 2) Authorities say a man was killed in a forklift accident on Industrial Avenue Tuesday morning.
The incident happened after 11 a.m. Tuesday in the 7300 block of E. Industrial Ave. near Wooddale Blvd.
Sources tell WBRZ's Chris Nakamoto that 49-year-old Darnell Smith was killed by a falling piece of sheetrock.
The store, Interior Exterior Building Supply, closed for the day after the accident.
