An escaped work release inmate in Baton Rouge is caught at a Mardi Gras party in Metairie.
U.S. marshals arrested a 24-year-old Saturday night at the Krewe of Caesar Parade, after he disappeared from a West Baton Rouge work site last week.
Authorities say that man admitted to skipping work to visit his girlfriend near New Orleans.
