(WBRZ News 2) The Baton Rouge Police Traffic Homicide Unit is responding to a single vehicle crash involving a crane truck on I-110 South.
The East Baton Rouge Coroner's office is responding to the scene.
Traffic officials say the crash has blocked all lanes and I-110 southbound is closed near North 22nd Street. The road is expected to be closed for several hours.
DOTD says traffic is being diverted at North 22nd Street. Drivers are advised to use an alternate route. Congestion from the incident has reached Evangeline Street.
