Sentencing For Killer of Will Smith Delayed

The convicted killer of former New Orleans Saints player Will Smith will have to wait to find out how long he'll be incarcerated.

Sentencing for Cardell Hayes has been delayed until late March. Hayes was convicted in December of manslaughter and attempted manslaughter in the shooting of Smith and his wife, during a road rage incident.

Hayes could get between 20 and 60 years in prison.
