Baton Rouge Police say the victim of a shooting in the 1700 block of North 23rd Street January 20 has died.
35-year-old Devin Johnese passed away Sunday after remaining hospitalized in critical condition.
The suspect remains at large. Police believe the shooting stemmed from an altercation between the suspect and Johnese.
