Livingston Parish Stabbing Leads To Two Arrests

An altercation in Livingston Parish has left one man hurt and lead to two arrests.

The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office responded to the dispute Sunday at a convenience store on Highway 43, just south of Albany.

Authorities say the victim knew the alleged perpetrators of the stabbing.

WBRZ News 2 reports:

Deputies say 33-year-old Jeremy J Griner was charged with attempted second-degree murder. Jennifer Burton was charged with principal to attempted second-degree murder and obstruction of justice. 

(Sheriff Jason) Ard said that the victim and the two suspects had a strained relationship and were meeting regarding a custody issue.
