An altercation in Livingston Parish has left one man hurt and lead to two arrests.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office responded to the dispute Sunday at a convenience store on Highway 43, just south of Albany.
Authorities say the victim knew the alleged perpetrators of the stabbing.
Deputies say 33-year-old Jeremy J Griner was charged with attempted second-degree murder. Jennifer Burton was charged with principal to attempted second-degree murder and obstruction of justice.
(Sheriff Jason) Ard said that the victim and the two suspects had a strained relationship and were meeting regarding a custody issue.
