A plan put out Monday by Republican Louisiana Senator Bill Cassidy would allow states to keep the Affordable Care Act if they feel it's benefiting their residents.
Senator Cassidy says his plan would also offer alternatives that states could choose from or do without.
The Cassidy plan is one of many being floated in Washington as a replacement to Obamacare.
