President Obama has another stain on his legacy.
That's what Republican Congressman Steve Scalise says about Obama's decision yesterday to commute the 35-year prison sentence of Chelsea Manning.
Scalise says Manning betrayed our troops and put lives at risk by leaking thousands of classified documents to WikiLeaks.
Manning will be released from Fort Leavenworth in five months.
