Before crossing the street in Louisiana you might want to cross your fingers. A new study ranks Louisiana as the third-most dangerous state for pedestrians.
The report from Smart Growth America finds only Florida and Alabama are more dangerous.
The report says some reasons it's so dangerous could be speeding and roads not designed with pedestrians in mind.
